ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and Go Help Yourself ("Company", "we", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these "Terms"), govern your access to and use of our website, community platform powered by Circle.so, and any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our platforms (collectively, the "Services"), whether as a guest or a registered user.

By using our Services or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

This Service is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

CIRCLE.SO COMMUNITY PLATFORM

Our community features are powered by Circle.so. By participating in our community, you also agree to comply with Circle.so's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You acknowledge that Circle.so has its own terms and policies that govern the technical aspects of the community platform, and you agree to abide by both our Terms and Circle.so's applicable terms.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree that all information you provide during registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You agree to exit from your account at the end of each session and use particular caution when accessing your account from public or shared computers.

We reserve the right to disable any account at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

  • Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or commercial content without permission

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks

  • Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent

  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content

All content included in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content

  • Use our content for any commercial purpose without express written permission

  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in our Services

User-Generated Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our Services ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

PROGRAMS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Payment Terms

Payment for programs, memberships, or other paid services is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit card or other approved payment methods. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy below.

Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined below, but cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges for the subsequent period.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a recurring subscription:

  1. Log into your account and follow the cancellation process, or

  2. Contact us via the information provided at the end of these Terms with "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line, including your name and email address

Cancellations must be submitted more than 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before billing will take effect after the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction with our programs and products, while also ensuring you commit to implementing the strategies and methods we provide. To be eligible for a refund consideration, you must show that you have made a genuine effort to apply the program content and can demonstrate that you attempted implementation without achieving the intended results.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase

  2. Demonstrate completion of at least 75% of available program materials

  3. Provide documentation of implementation attempts

  4. Participate in at least two community discussions or calls (if applicable)

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Processing and Termination of Access: When we determine that you qualify for a refund under this policy, we will promptly instruct our payment processor to process your refund. Please note that we do not have direct control over payment processing timelines and cannot accelerate refund processing beyond standard procedures.

Important: If you receive a refund for any purchase, this immediately voids all licenses and permissions granted to you for using any materials provided under these Terms or related agreements. You must:

  • Immediately stop using all program materials

  • Delete and destroy all copies of content you received, including but not limited to: video content, audio recordings, images, templates, worksheets, documents, and podcast episodes

  • Remove any downloaded materials from all devices and storage locations

Failure to comply with these termination requirements may result in legal action.

No Guarantees

Release of Claims: By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to release Go Help Yourself from any liability or losses that you or any associated parties may experience as a result of using the information, content, or resources available through our Services. You understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages of any nature, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential, that may arise from your use of our Services.

Content Accuracy: The information, software, products, and services provided through our Services may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. We reserve the right to modify, update, or make changes to our Services at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, timeliness, or completeness of any content or functionality provided through our Services.

No Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Damage Limitations: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GO HELP YOURSELF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INABILITY TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES, OR ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

State Law Variations: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Exclusive Remedy: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of our Services.

AS-IS BASIS

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under California law, including:

Automatic Renewal Law (SB-313)

In accordance with California's Automatic Renewal Law, we will:

  • Clearly and conspicuously disclose auto-renewal terms before purchase

  • Provide easy-to-use cancellation methods

  • Send renewal reminders for contracts over one year

  • Honor your right to cancel at any time

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by contacting them in writing or by telephone.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Help Yourself, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Any content you submit to our Services

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately, and you must delete any downloaded materials.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Circle.so. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Our Services are controlled and operated from California, United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Help Yourself regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
