The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy

This week, Lisa and Misty review the #1 New York Times Bestseller The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy.

Charlie Mackesy is an artist, cartoonist and book illustrator who has lived and worked on four continents. His work features in books, private collections and both public and private spaces around the world. He collaborated with Nelson Mandela in 2006 to create a set of lithographs.

In this The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse book review, Lisa and Misty cover an article from The Washington Post that explains how the book came to be, who the author is, and the impact it’s had on the world since its publication in October 2019. Lisa also shares with Misty some of the drawings from the book, which you can see excerpts from on the author’s Instagram.
