She also served as President for the International Association of Conflict Management, Chairman of the Conflict Management Division of the Academy of Management.
Gregory Northcraft is the Harry J. Gray Professor of Executive Leadership in the Department of Business Administration and a professor in the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois.
